It's almost a fraud

When a tried to cancel the order they were like you can't as it's been shipped then they said you could refund but when I put in the request they ignored my on email and WhatsApp. I only recieved because they said it can be returned
This is basically a fraud and will not order anything again and hopefully you will not too.
